Diana Han - Director of Development
Ms. Diana Han has extensive hotel development experience having worked with Starwood and the Hilton Group in China and with leading hotel consultancy practices including KPMG and Pannell Kerr Foster in both Shanghai and Hong Kong. She holds a MBA from Webster University and a Bachelor degree in Hotel Management from Boston University. As Director of Development, Diana is responsible for identifying new hotel opportunities for Marco Polo Hotels in the Asia Pacific region with focus on mainland China, inline with the strategic development and expansion plan of the group.
James Mabey - Director of Development, Asia Pacific
Fluent in multiple Asian languages, James has been working in Asia since 1999. Over the last 12 years he has held management positions throughout the region including country manager of International Resort Development Group in Beijing and most recently Director of Business Development of Jumeirah Private Island in Thailand. In 2005, he was also appointed economic and tourism development advisor to the Thailand Government. James holds an MBA in Hospitality Management and is currently completing a doctorate degree at Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s Hotel School.
