Dr. Jennifer Cronin
An Australian, Dr Cronin has an extensive career and track record in hotel and hospitality throughout Asia and Australia. She held various senior marketing and operational positions in well-known international hotel groups including Hyatt International, Ritz Carlton and Dusit International.
Ms. Lucinda Chan
Vice President, Finance and Business Development
Ms Chan is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in multinational environments, engaging in various acquisitions, treasury and business re-organization projects, and overseeing diverse corporate functions. Ms Chan started her career as an auditor in one of the Big 8 audit firms. Her last held position was the CFO and SVP of Finance of one of the leading multi-national garment manufacturers in which she had served for 20 years. Ms Chan is a CPA and member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries.
Mr. Thomas Salg
Vice President, Operations
Thomas Salg is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience spanning eight countries and three continents. Having joined Wharf Hotels as General Manager for Marco Polo Shenzhen in 2013, Thomas successfully achieved significant growth in financial performance, guest satisfaction and associate engagement year-on-year over this three-year tenure.
In 2016, he was promoted to General Manager of three Marco Polo Hotels – the Hongkong Hotel, Gateway and Prince before taking over Operations for Wharf Hotels in December 2017. Thomas is a graduate of Bergius Schule in Germany and a certified trainer in Culinary Arts.
Mr. Philip Schaetz
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Most recently in the capacity of Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing of Dorsett Hospitality International, Mr. Schaetz previously worked with Hyatt Hotels across Europe, Asia Pacific and the Head Office in Chicago. He also achieved the role of Vice President of Revenue Management for Hyatt’s International portfolio as well as Vice President of Revenue Management and Distribution for the Minor Hotel Group Ltd in Thailand.
Ms. Juliette Lim
Vice President, Human Resources
Juliette brings with her more than 20 years of experience in talent management, process improvement, brand management and quality assurance. She has worked with several international hotel groups including Starwood Asia Pacific as Regional Director, Talent Development & Culture managing 50 properties across Asia Pacific to lead their talent development strategies and organizational learning function.
