‘Art on Plates’ at Cucina Italian Restaurant
Embark on a uniquely creative ‘Art on Plates’ culinary journey with a 4-course Italian dinner by Chef Andrea at Cucina from 20-26 March. A starter of Seared Hokkaido Scallop with Avocado, Mango and Bell Peppers is beautifully presented on a painter’s palette with colourful splashes of dressing. Beetroot Risotto with Gorgonzola Sauce and Pistachio Powder depicts the joy of spring in its delightful pink hue paired with rich Italian blue cheese.
A main course of Beef Tenderloin with Artichoke Purée and Dehydrated Mozzarella looks too beautiful to eat – but you won’t want to miss the tender, savoury beef and earthy artichokes, a Roman favourite which is in season during March. A resplendent finale titled “The Nature” – Milk Chocolate, Vanilla Ice Cream, Yogurt and Strawberry Mousse is a whimsical dessert discovery through a tiny green forest of pistachio hazelnut sponge cake and crumble topped with ice cream and meringue.
Cucina’s ‘Art on Plates’ menu is priced at HK$888* per person, available during dinner from 20-26 March 2018.
