Hong Kong SAR, China, 18 November 2022 – Guests can wine, dine and be merry this Christmas at Three on Canton with gourmet seasonal specialties from around the globe. Diners can also enjoy 15% early bird savings on festive buffets on 24 and 25 December with bookings made with 50% deposits on or before 11 December 2022.
From 1 December, Three on Canton presents a gastronomic journey featuring an array of local and international cuisines alongside traditional festive delights. Chef-crafted appetisers and salads include Tortilla Rolls with Ham and Cheese, Duck Liver Mousse with Cranberry Jelly and Nuts, Gravlax Salmon with Honey Mustard Dressing, Grilled Pear Salad with Mozzarella Cheese and Black Truffle and Marinated Mussel and Scallop Salad. Guests can also enjoy Assorted Christmas Cheese Balls as highlighted holiday favourites on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
The buffet also features a diverse selection of fresh seafood on ice, including freshly shucked Oysters as well as Boston Lobster, Snow Crab Leg, Prawns, Mussels, Brown Crabs and Whelks. Fresh Japanese sashimi, such as Hamachi, Salmon, Tuna Fillet, Red Prawns and Surf Clams, are also served at the dinner buffets, with the addition of Hokkaido Sashimi Scallop on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
Also on offer are classic holiday favourites, such as Roasted Turkey with Condiments and Grilled Scallop with Beurre Blanc at the lunch buffets. Meanwhile, Roast Prime Ribs, Lamb Rack with Garlic and Pan-fried Foie Gras will be served during the dinner buffets. On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, Stir-fried Lobster with Superior Broth, Roasted Australian Wagyu Beef and Steamed Scallop will be available for guest’s enjoyment. Three on Canton’s chefs especially recommend the Pasta with Black Truffle and Mushroom on Cheese Wheel, which boasts a strong and delicious umami flavour.
To make the festive celebrations even sweeter, guests can savour indulgent Christmas desserts, such as Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce, Christmas Stollen, Christmas Yule Log, Christmas Chocolate Tree, Christmas Assorted Cookies, Chestnut and White Chocolate Mousse Cake and Ginger and Mango Pudding and more.
Santa Claus visits, Christmas carol singing and party favours are also provided on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
