Pinghe Packing Plant: Traces of Time in Red Brick and Iron Framework

Pinghe Packing Plant

In the red-brick complex at No. 10 Qingdao Road, time flows at two speeds. On one side, steam valves and iron chutes frozen in 1905; on the other, the warmth of handcrafted goods and the aroma of coffee drifting through the creative markets.

The iron tracks of the cotton presses and the steam-era steel frames have been carefully preserved. Today, the scent of coffee mingles with the century-old workshops, allowing the rings of industrial heritage to keep growing in shifting light and shadow.
