DVLN PARK: Utopia on the Rooftop

It is a roughly 5,000-square-metre “rooftop street” that retains the raw texture of fair-faced concrete and a gritty industrial aesthetic. Often described as a “wasteland utopia” or a “ruin oasis”, the space brings together nearly 40 distinctive, owner-operated shops, including vintage stores, art bookshops, concept boutiques, cafés and eateries, and extends down to the building’s ground floor. It has become a popular destination for young people to socialise, wander and take photographs.
