• QR code in the confirmation email must be presented for redemption of Voucher Package at Concierge (G/F) of Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel from 1 February to 30 June 2021, during 8AM to 10PM daily
• Vouchers are valid for use at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel only. Available while stocks last
• Vouchers are valid from 1 February until 30 June 2021. No extension of the expiry date will be allowed
• Dining Vouchers are not applicable on 12-15 February, 2-6 April and 8-9 May 2021
• Vouchers must be presented and advance reservation is required to redeem the offer. Products and services are subject to availability
• Maximum 4 pieces of HKD500 Room Voucher can be used for each transaction
• Room Vouchers can only be redeemed for room reservations made under Best Available Rates (excluding Member Rate), subject to availability
• Any amount exceeding the value of the voucher can be paid by cash or credit card. Any unused value will be forfeited
• The voucher will be invalid if found defaced or altered, and is non-replaceable. Photocopies will not be accepted
• No refund, amendment or cancellation will be honoured upon confirmation
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or offers and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products
• In case of disputes, the decision of Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel shall be final
