  1. What are the check-in and check-out times at Marco Polo Wuhan?

    Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and our check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).

  2. Can I request an early check-in or late check-out, and is there a charge?

    Yes, both are possible. Early check-in is subject to a half-day room charge. For late check-out, a half-day charge applies for departures before 6:00 PM, and a full-day charge applies after 6:00 PM.

  3. What is the minimum age to check in as the primary guest at Marco Polo Wuhan?

    The minimum age to check in as the primary registered guest is 18 years old.

  4. What identification documents are required at check-in?

    All guests must present a valid, government-issued ID upon check-in. This can include a National ID card, passport, household registration book, or a valid travel permit for residents of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.

  5. Can a third party check in on behalf of the guest?

    For the security of all guests, only the guest whose name and ID are registered for the reservation is permitted to check in and stay in the room.

  6. What should I do if I arrive before the official check-in time?

    If you arrive before 3:00 PM, you may complete the check-in registration first. If your room is not yet ready, we can store your luggage while you wait, and you can collect your key from the front desk once the room is prepared.

  7. If my flight departs late in the evening, can I extend my checkout?

    Yes, late check-out can be arranged subject to availability. Departures before 6:00 PM incur a half-day room charge, while departures after 6:00 PM incur a full-day charge.
