    Our main banquet and wedding venues are located on the 3rd floor of the hotel. They are easily accessible directly via the guest elevators or escalators.

    Our elegant Marco Polo Ballroom can comfortably accommodate a banquet of up to 15 tables, creating an intimate and exclusive atmosphere for your special day.

    To ensure each celebration receives our undivided attention and the highest level of service, we host one exclusive wedding banquet per day.

  5. What is the minimum spend or approximate price per table for a wedding banquet?

    Our wedding banquet packages start from CNY 3,388 per table, with a minimum booking requirement of 10 tables. Please contact our events team for a personalized proposal.

    Yes, a dedicated events specialist will be assigned to you to ensure every detail of your wedding or banquet is flawlessly executed from start to finish.

    Our culinary team is pleased to prepare menus that cater to vegetarian and other dietary restrictions. However, please note that we are unable to offer certified Halal cuisine.

    Yes, a menu tasting can be arranged for your confirmed banquet. The tasting is charged at 50% of the original menu price per person.

  9. Are floral installations, confetti, balloon releases, or other decorations permitted in the venue?

    For the safety and comfort of all guests, and to maintain the pristine condition of our venues, external decorations such as confetti and balloon releases are not permitted. Please discuss your decoration plans with our events team.

  10. Is a bridal suite or dressing room available on the wedding day?

    Yes, our wedding packages offen include a complimentary room or suite for you to use as a private dressing room for the bride on your wedding day.

  11. Can professional photography and videography be conducted throughout the hotel on the day?

    Yes, professional photography and videography are welcome within your private event spaces. For shooting in public areas, please coordinate with our team in advance to ensure minimal disruption to other guests.

  12. What deposit is required to secure a wedding or banquet booking, and what is the cancellation policy?

    A deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost is required to secure your booking. Once confirmed, the booking is non-cancellable, with the full payment due before the wedding day.
