    Yes, we are happy to provide high chairs, children's tableware, and even children's picture books to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable meal for our younger guests.

  2. Are there currently any dining promotions or packages available at Marco Polo Jinjiang, such as festive menus or buy-one-get-one offers?

    Yes, we offer a wide variety of packages, including set meals for individuals, couples, and groups, as well as all-you-can-drink beverage packages and special menus for festive occasions.

  3. Can I have food delivered from an external restaurant to my room?

    Yes, you can. We are pleased to offer a robot delivery service that can bring your food delivery directly to your guest room door.

  4. Can I request a specific table, such as a window seat or a private dining area?

    Yes, you can request a specific table when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

  5. Can the restaurants accommodate vegetarian, vegan, halal, or gluten-free dietary requirements?

    Our menus clearly mark vegetarian dishes with a special icon for easy identification. However, we do not currently offer specific gluten-free menu items. Please speak with our team about your needs.

  6. Does the hotel offer an online eShop to pre-order dining, festive items, or set meals for pickup or in-room delivery for my upcoming reservation?

    Yes, you can find our various dining packages and special offers available for purchase on popular platforms such as Meituan, Dianping, TikTok, and Ctrip.

  7. Does the restaurant charge an additional service fee?

    No, all prices listed on our menus are inclusive of the service charge.

  8. How do I make a restaurant reservation at Marco Polo Jinjiang?

    To make a reservation, you can call our hotel's main line at 0595-3666 6666 and ask to be transferred to Café Marco, or dial the restaurant directly at 0595-3666 6205.

  9. How much does breakfast cost per person, and where is it served?

    Breakfast is served at both Café Marco (Level 2) and the Continental Club  (Level 11). The price is CNY 129.8 for adults and CNY 64.9 for children.

  10. Is breakfast included in my room rate?

    We offer both breakfast-inclusive and room-only rates for all our room types. You can confirm your selection by providing your name and room number to our team.

  11. Is in-room dining available, and is it offered 24 hours a day?

    We offer in-room dining services for your convenience. The service is available daily from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM.

  12. On which floor is breakfast served at Marco Polo Jinjiang, and what are the timings?

    At Café Marco (Level 2), breakfast is from 6:30-10:00 AM (Mon-Fri) and 6:30-10:30 AM (weekends/holidays). At the Continental Club (Level 11), it's from 7:00-10:00 AM (Mon-Fri) and 7:00-10:30 AM (weekends/holidays).

  13. What are the opening hours for each restaurant at Marco Polo Jinjiang?

    Our operating hours are: Lobby Lounge: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM; Café Marco: 6:30 AM - 11:00 PM; and Continental Club : 7:00 AM - 10:30 PM.
