    Yes, we can provide hypoallergenic bedding upon request. Please contact our housekeeping team to make arrangements.

  3. Can a rollaway or extra bed be added to my room?

    Yes, an extra bed can be arranged in certain room categories, depending on the room size. Please contact our reservations team for assistance.

  4. Can adjacent or connecting rooms be arranged for families or groups?

    Yes, we can arrange connecting or adjacent rooms for you, subject to room availability on your day of arrival. Please make your request at the time of booking.

  5. Do the rooms feature a dedicated workspace or business-friendly setup?

    Yes, all our rooms are equipped with a work desk and chair to provide a comfortable and productive space for our business guests.

  6. Does the room include a mini bar, and is there a charge for items used?

    Yes, all rooms and suites on our Continental Club floors feature a complimentary mini bar. For other room types, a charge will apply for items consumed.

  7. Is daily housekeeping included, and can I customise the schedule to suit my preferences?

    Yes, daily housekeeping is included. While a specific time cannot be guaranteed, please let our team know your preference and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  8. Is there a bathtub in the room, or are rooms shower-only?

    For your relaxation, nearly all our rooms are equipped with a bathtub. The only exception is room 1588, which is shower-only.

  9. Is Wi-Fi complimentary throughout the hotel and in all guest rooms?

    Yes, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel and in all guest rooms for your convenience.

  10. What are the Continental Club hours, and what is served during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails?

    Our Continental Club is open from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Throughout the day, we offer a fine selection of Chinese and Western food and beverages, as well as unique local snacks for you to enjoy.

  11. What bed sizes are available, and what are the dimensions of king beds, twin beds, and extra beds?

    Our bed dimensions are as follows: King Bed: 200cm x 200cm; Twin Bed: 130cm x 200cm; and Extra Bed: 100cm x 200cm.

    Located on the 11th floor, our Continental Club offers an array of exclusive benefits, including complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening Happy Hour.
