  1. Are EV charging stations available in the hotel car park?

    Yes, we have dedicated Tesla charging stations available for our guests.

  2. How can hotel guests have their parking fees reimbursed or validated?

    In-house guests can enjoy complimentary parking during their stay. Please register your license plate number at the front desk anytime before check-out for validation.

  3. Is parking available at Marco Polo Jinjiang?

    Yes, on-site parking is available for all our guests.

  4. Is valet parking available at Marco Polo Jinjiang?

    We’re sorry that valet parking is not available at the moment. However, you can enjoy complimentary self-parking with ample spaces on levels B1 and B2. Simply drive to the underground car park and take the lift with direct access to the lobby.

  5. What is the parking fee at Marco Polo Jinjiang, and how is it charged?

    In-house guests enjoy free parking during their stay. Other guests receive the first 30 minutes free, then CNY 5 per hour, up to a maximum of CNY 50 per 24 hours.

  6. Where is the parking entrance located at Marco Polo Jinjiang?

    The entrance to our car park is conveniently located on the east side of the hotel building.
