Can a third party check in on behalf of the guest?
No, third parties cannot check in on a guest’s behalf. For security and privacy, the registered guest must be present with a valid ID and the credit card used for booking (if applicable). If you need to arrange something in advance, contact the Reservations or Front Desk for assistance.

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out, and is there a charge?
Early check-in is subject to room availability on your day of arrival. For late check-out, a half-day room charge applies for departures before 6:00 PM, and a full-day charge applies for departures after 6:00 PM.

Does Marco Polo Jinjiang offer mobile check-in or pre-arrival checkin?
We do not currently offer mobile or pre-arrival check-in. To ensure a smooth experience, our front desk team is available 24/7 to provide a personable and efficient check-in, requiring the registered guest to be present with a valid ID.

If my flight departs late in the evening, can I extend my checkout?
Yes, you may request a late checkout, which is subject to room availability. A half-day room charge applies before 6:00 PM, and a full-day charge applies after 6:00 PM.

Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is before 12:00 PM (noon).
