FAQs

  1. Can a third party check in on behalf of the guest?

    No. For security reasons, the registered guest must be present in person and provide a valid ID to complete the check-in procedures.

  2. If my flight departs late in the evening, can I extend my checkout?

    Yes, you may request a late checkout. A 50% charge of the daily best available rate applies for checkouts before 6:00 PM, and a 100% charge applies for checkouts after 6:00 PM. Please speak with our front desk team to make arrangements.

  3. What identification documents are required at check-in?

    Avoids confusion since there are multiple exits along Anli Road.

  4. What is the minimum age to check in as the primary guest at Marco Polo Parkside, Beijing?

    All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in, including: a Resident Identity Card, passport, or Mainland Travel Permit for residents of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.

  5. Can I request an early check-in or late check-out, and is there a charge?

    Early check-in is complimentary, subject to room availability on your arrival date. A late check-out until 6:00 PM will incur a charge of 50% of the best available daily rate. Should you require either option, please feel free to contact our front desk team.

  6. What are the check-in and check-out times at Marco Polo Parkside, Beijing?

    Our hotel's standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 noon.

  7. What should I do if I arrive before the official check-in time?

    If you arrive before 2:00 PM, we will do our utmost to arrange a room for you, subject to availability. If a room is not immediately ready, you are welcome to store your luggage with our concierge and enjoy the hotel's facilities.
