  1. Is parking available at Marco Polo Xiamen?

    Yes, on-site parking is available for our guests.

  2. What is the parking fee at Marco Polo Xiamen, and how is it charged?

    Parking is complimentary for the first 10 minutes. Thereafter, the fee is CNY 5 for the first half-hour and CNY 10 per hour, up to a daily maximum of CNY 120. In-house guests and those dining at Marco Polo Restaurants are enjoy complimentary parking.

  3. Where is the parking entrance located at Marco Polo Xiamen?

    The entrance to our parking lot, the main entrance parking lot and the entrance to the underground parking lot are located on the west side of the hotel building.The East Gate parking lot is located on the east side of the hotel building.

  4. How can hotel guests have their parking fees reimbursed or validated?

    In-house guests can enjoy complimentary parking during their stay. Please register your vehicle at the front desk or with our concierge team for validation.Guests dining at Marco Polo Restaurant can enjoy free parking for three hours by registering their vehicle numbers in the system when paying the bill.

  5. Is valet parking available at Marco Polo Xiamen?

    We do not currently offer valet parking. Ample self-parking is readily available for your convenience.

  6. Are EV charging stations available in the hotel car park?

    No, we do not have EV charging stations on-site. The nearest public charging station is located at the People's Hall, approximately 550 meters from the hotel.
