Our primary wedding and banquet venue, SAVVY, is conveniently located on Level 3 of the hotel and is easily accessible via the guest elevators.

Our versatile venue, SAVVY, can accommodate up to 300 guests, including both seated and standing arrangements, depending on your specific event setup.

By utilizing SAVVY's different zones and scheduling across various meal periods (e.g., lunch, cocktails, dinner), we can accommodate multiple private events on the same day, depending on the size and requirements of each.

What is the minimum spend or approximate price per table for a wedding banquet?
The minimum spend for a wedding banquet at SAVVY starts from HK$65,000 (exclusive of 10% service charge). Our packages are calculated on a per-person basis to best suit your preferences. Please note this is subject to change.

Yes, our professional sales team will guide you through the planning process, while our experienced operations team will ensure a smooth and seamless coordination on the day of your event.

Can the kitchen accommodate vegetarian, halal, or other dietary requirements for a banquet?
Yes, our culinary team can certainly prepare special menus for vegetarian, Halal, and other dietary requirements. Please provide us with advance notice so we can cater to your needs perfectly.

Is a menu tasting available before the event, and is there a charge?
Yes, a menu tasting can be arranged prior to your event and is subject to an additional charge. Please speak with our events team for details and arrangements.

Are floral installations, confetti, balloon releases, or other decorations permitted in the venue?
Floral installations and other approved decorations are welcome. The use of flower petals and bubbles is permitted; however, glitter and rice are strictly prohibited. All decorative plans must be approved by SAVVY in advance. A cleaning fee may apply.

Is a bridal suite or dressing room available on the wedding day?
While a complimentary bridal suite is not included, you may consider booking one of SAVVY's Private Dining Rooms to use as an exclusive dressing room, or booking a hotel guest room for added convenience.

Can professional photography and videography be conducted throughout the hotel on the day?
Yes, photography and videography may be conducted within your designated booked area. To respect the privacy of other hotel guests, we kindly request that any filming in public areas be kept to a minimum.

What deposit is required to secure a wedding or banquet booking, and what is the cancellation policy?
A 40% deposit is required upon signing the contract, with a further 40% due six months prior to the date. The balance is settled on the event day. Should the event be cancelled after written confirmation, 100% of the total revenue will be charged.
