What is the smoking policy at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila?
Marco Polo Ortigas, Manila is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking, including vapes and e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. A cleaning fee equivalent to a one-night stay will be charged for violations. A designated smoking area is available at our 45th-floor Vu's Sky Bar & Lounge.

While our dedicated kids' play area is currently unavailable, we welcome families and can provide baby cots upon request. Our indoor pool is also a favorite among younger guests.

Yes, guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay independently and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Yes, you are welcome to arrange simple decorations in your room. However, to protect our walls and interiors, sticking items to the walls, including adhesives and helium balloons, is not permitted.

While we do not have a formal quiet hours policy, we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of others by avoiding loud noises between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
