  1. What are the check-in and check-out times at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila?

    Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and our standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).

  2. Can I request an early check-in or late check-out, and is there a charge?

    Yes, we are pleased to offer complimentary early check-in from 11:00 AM and complimentary late check-out until 2:00 PM, subject to availability. GHA DISCOVERY Platinum and Titanium members enjoy extended late check-out privileges.

  3. What is the minimum age to check in as the primary guest at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila?

    Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in. Any guests below 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  4. What identification documents are required at check-in?

    All guests are required to present a valid, government-issued ID or a valid passport upon check-in to complete the registration process.

  5. Can a third party check in on behalf of the guest?

    Yes, a third party may check in on your behalf, provided they present a signed authorization letter from you, along with a copy of your valid ID.

  6. What should I do if I arrive before the official check-in time?

    If you arrive before your check-in time, you are most welcome to relax and enjoy a meal or drink at any of our hotel's excellent restaurants and lounges while you wait.

  7. If my flight departs late in the evening, can I extend my checkout?

    Yes, we are pleased to offer a complimentary late check-out until 2:00 PM, subject to availability. Any requests for extensions beyond this time require management approval and depend on room availability.
