    We offer a wide range of luxurious accommodations, including Standard , Superior, Premier, and Deluxe Rooms, as well as Superior, Deluxe and the signature Marco Polo Suites. We also have Continental Club floor options.

  2. What is the difference between Superior, Deluxe, and Premier room categories at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila?

    Our rooms are distinguished by size and view. Superior Suites are 38-40 sqm. Our 40 sqm Deluxe rooms offer either city views (twin beds) or mountain views (king beds). For more space, our Premier King rooms offer an expansive 51-61 sqm.

  3. What is the Continental Club at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, and what privileges and benefits does it include?

    The Continental Club is our exclusive lounge for guests who book our Club Floor rooms directly. Privileges include full access to breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, complimentary use of the boardroom for two hours, and complimentary laundry and pressing for one item each per stay.

  4. What are the Continental Club hours, and what is served during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails?

    The Continental Club is open from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM. We serve breakfast from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, afternoon tea from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, and evening cocktails from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

  5. What bed sizes are available, and what are the dimensions of king beds, twin beds, and extra beds?

    Our comfortable bed dimensions are: King Bed: 72" x 75.5" (approx. 183cm x 192cm), Twin Bed: 53.9" x 77.9" (approx. 137cm x 198cm), and Extra Bed: 37.5" x 75" (approx. 95cm x 191cm).

  6. Are cribs or baby cots available on request?

    Yes, we are happy to provide a baby cot upon request, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare for your family's comfort.

  7. Can a rollaway or extra bed be added to my room?

    Yes, an extra bed can be arranged in your room for an additional fee. Please contact our reservations team to confirm arrangements for your specific room type.

  8. Can adjacent or connecting rooms be arranged for families or groups?

    Yes, connecting rooms can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. We recommend making this request at the time of booking.

    Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available. We provide a dedicated, high-speed network for our in-house guests, as well as a separate network for visitors in our public areas.

    All our rooms are equipped with a television with a wide range of channels. For a personalized entertainment experience, we are also pleased to provide Chromecast and Roku streaming sticks upon request.

    Yes, all our guest rooms feature a well-stocked minibar. Please note that a charge will be applied to your account for any items consumed.

    Yes, daily housekeeping and an evening turndown service are included. You can request a preferred cleaning time, and our team will do their best to accommodate. Requests for additional items are available 24/7.
