Our function rooms are conveniently located on the 9th floor, and the Grand Ballroom is on the 7th floor. Both venues are easily accessible via the guest elevators from any floor.

Our largest venue, the magnificent Grand Ballroom, can accommodate up to 350 guests in a banquet-style seating arrangement, making it ideal for large-scale conferences and events.

What audio-visual and presentation equipment is available in the meeting rooms?
All of our meeting spaces are equipped with professional AV facilities, including a built-in drop-down screen, a projector, a basic PA system, and two wireless microphones.

Is there an additional charge for AV equipment, technical support, or catering?
The use of our standard built-in AV equipment is included in our meeting packages. Additional charges will apply for requests such as upgraded lighting and sound systems or extra microphones.

Is parking available for meeting and event guests, and is it complimentary?
Yes, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We provide a number of complimentary parking passes based on the guaranteed number of attendees for each event, as well as 15 flat-rate stubs per event.
