  1. Which payment methods and credit cards are accepted at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila?

    We accept a wide variety of payment methods, including cash, GCash, PayMaya, WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay, and all major credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and JCB.

  2. When will my credit card be charged — at the time of booking or upon arrival?

    For most reservations, payment is collected upon your arrival at the hotel. The exception is for Advance Purchase bookings, which require full pre-payment at the time of reservation.

  3. How long does it take for a deposit or pre-authorisation to be released after checkout?

    The release of a pre-authorization hold is initiated by us upon check-out, but the process typically takes at least two weeks to be fully completed by your issuing bank.

  4. Are there any additional taxes or service charges applied to the final bill?

    No, for room reservations, the final rate you see is inclusive of VAT and all applicable local taxes.

  5. Are there room and experience packages that include meals, spa treatments, or activities?

    Yes, we regularly feature special room packages and promotions. The specific inclusions, such as meals or other benefits, will vary depending on the current offer.
