  1. What dining venues and restaurants are available at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu?

    We offer a range of distinct dining experiences: Café Marco, Hai Shin Lou, El Viento Restaurant and Pool Bar, Lobby Lounge, and BLU Bar & Grill.

  2. What are the opening hours for each restaurant at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu?

    Café Marco is currently temporarily closed for renovation. Our other dining venues are open as follows: Hai Shin Lou (Buffet Breakfast 6–10am; Lunch 11am–2.30pm Wed–Fri & Sun / 10am–2.30pm Sat; Dinner 6–10pm Wed–Sun), El Viento (11am–10pm), Lobby Lounge (8am–10pm), and BLU Bar & Grill (4.30–11pm, Wed–Sat). Please contact us for further details.

  3. Is breakfast included in my room rate?

    This depends on the specific room package you have selected. We offer a variety of rates, some of which include breakfast while others are for the room only.

  4. How much does breakfast cost per person, and where is it served?

    Our breakfast buffet is temporarily being served at Hai Shin Lou, priced at PHP 1,088 net per person. 

  5. On which floor is breakfast served at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu, and what are the timings?

    Breakfast is temporarily being served at Hai Shin Lou, located on the Ground Floor of the hotel, from 6 to 10am. 

  6. Is in-room dining available, and is it offered 24 hours a day?

    Yes, we offer in-room dining for your convenience. The service is available daily until 12 midnight, with the last order taken at 11.45pm.

  7. Can I have food delivered from an external restaurant to my room?

    Yes, you are welcome to have small, personal food orders delivered. Please be aware that bulk orders or multiple bottles/cans of alcoholic beverages may be subject to a corkage fee.

  8. Can the restaurants accommodate vegetarian, vegan, halal, or gluten-free dietary requirements?

    Yes, our culinary team is happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets. While we do not have a Halal-certified kitchen, we will do our best to recommend suitable dishes or make adjustments where possible.

  9. Are children's menus or high chairs available at the restaurant?

    Yes, we are a family-friendly hotel and are pleased to provide both children's menus and high chairs at our restaurants.

  10. How do I make a restaurant reservation at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu?

  11. Can I request a specific table, such as a window seat or a private dining area?

    Yes, you may certainly request a specific table when booking. We will always do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

  12. Does the restaurant charge an additional service fee?

    Yes, a standard service charge will be applied to your dining bill, in addition to any applicable government taxes.

  13. Are there currently any dining promotions or packages available at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu?

    We have several promotions offers available, including Yum Cha Feast at Hai Shin Lou during lunch (Wednesday to Sunday), Churrasco Nights at BLU Bar & Grill for dinner (Wednesday to Saturday), and BPI cardholders receive a 20% discount at our dining outlets with a minimum spend of PHP 2,000 (maximum discount of PHP 8,000).     Our signature restaurant is Hai Shin Lou, which is renowned for serving authentic and exquisite Chinese cuisine.
