  1. Which payment methods and credit cards are accepted at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu?

    We accept a wide range of payment methods, including cash, bank transfer, debit cards, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), local mobile wallets, and GHA DISCOVERY Dollars (D$).

  2. When will my credit card be charged — at the time of booking or upon arrival?

    For most reservations, a security deposit (pre-authorization) will be collected from your card upon arrival at the hotel. Final charges are settled upon check-out.

  3. How long does it take for a deposit or pre-authorisation to be released after checkout?

    The release of a pre-authorization hold is initiated by us upon check-out, but the process may take up to two (2) business weeks to be completed by your issuing bank.

  4. Are there any additional taxes or service charges applied to the final bill?

    Yes, your final bill will include a standard service charge as well as all applicable government taxes.

  5. Are there room and experience packages that include meals, spa treatments, or activities?

    We offer a variety of room packages that include breakfast. Additionally, our seasonal promotions may feature special inclusions like dining credits or spa treatments for added value.
