  1. What are the check-in and check-out times at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu?

    Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and our standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).

  2. Can I request an early check-in or late check-out, and is there a charge?

    Yes, early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with applicable fees. For early check-in, the fee is PHP 2,000 from 6:00 AM or PHP 1,500 from 10:00 AM. For late check-out, the fee is PHP 1,500 up to 3:00 PM or PHP 2,000 up to 6:00 PM.

  3. What is the minimum age to check in as the primary guest at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu?

    The minimum age to check in as the primary registered guest is 18 years old.

  4. What identification documents are required at check-in?

    All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in to complete the registration process.

  5. Can a third party check in on behalf of the guest?

    Yes, a third party may check in on your behalf, provided they present a signed authorization letter from you, along with a copy of your valid ID.

  6. Does Marco Polo Plaza Cebu offer mobile check-in or pre-arrival check-in?

    At this time, we do not offer mobile or fully digital pre-arrival check-in. Instead, we warmly welcome guests at our front desk, where our team provides a personable and seamless check-in experience, assisting with registration and any special arrival needs.

  7. What should I do if I arrive before the official check-in time?

    If you arrive before 3:00 PM, please approach the Front Desk to check for room availability. If a room is not yet ready, you are welcome to store your luggage with our Concierge and enjoy the hotel's facilities or explore nearby areas.

  8. If my flight departs late in the evening, can I extend my checkout?

    Yes, you may request a late checkout. This is subject to room availability on your departure day and any applicable charges. Please contact our Front Desk team for assistance.
