    Our meeting rooms, Turquoise and Fuchsia, are located on Level 3, which are easily accessible via the guest elevators for your convenience.
     

  3. What is the maximum capacity of the largest meeting room at Gateway Hotel, Hong Kong?

    Turquoise and Fuchsia rooms can accommodate up to 80 guests in a theatre-style setup or 48 guests for a banquet after combined.
     

  4. How many individual meeting rooms are available at Gateway Hotel, Hong Kong?

    We offer two  versatile meeting rooms:  the Turquoise Room and the Fuchsia Room, which can be combined for larger events.

    Our meeting rooms are equipped with professional audio-visual facilities, including a PA system with microphones, LCD projector and projection screen.

    Our meeting packages include the use of standard in-house AV system. Additional charges may apply for specialised AV equipment, technical support services, or catering services.

    Parking is available at the adjacent Harbour City car park. Guests attending meetings or events may enquire with our events team regarding parking arrangements or validation options, which are subject to availability.
