    We offer a range of elegant and versatile event venues suitable for various occasions. These include the grand Centenary for large-scale events and conferences, the Bauhinia Room and Orchid Room for medium-sized functions, as well as the Jade Room  and Lotus Room  for more intimate meetings and private gatherings.

  2. Which floor are the meeting rooms located on at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel?

    Our venues are located on several floors: the Centenary is on the Lobby Level; the Bauhinia Room and Orchid Room are on the Level 4; and the Jade Room and Lotus Room are on the Level 6.
     

  3. What is the maximum capacity of the largest meeting room at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel?

    Our largest event venue, the Centenary, can accommodate up to 432 guests in a theatre-style setup or 360 guests for a banquet.
     

  4. How many individual meeting rooms are available at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel?

    We offer a total of 14 versatile meeting and event venues of varying sizes, providing flexible options for any occasion.
     

  5. Is there an additional charge for AV equipment, technical support, or catering?

    Our meeting packages include the use of standard in-house AV system. Additional charges may apply for specialised AV equipment, technical support services, or catering services.

  6. What audio-visual and presentation equipment is available in the meeting rooms?

    Our meeting venues are equipped with professional audio-visual facilities, including a PA system with microphones, LCD projector and projection screen, as well as a high-definition LED wall in selected venues such as the Centenary. 

  7. Is parking available for meeting and event guests, and is it complimentary?

    Parking is available at the adjacent Harbour City car park. Guests attending meetings or events may enquire with our events team regarding parking arrangements or validation options, which are subject to availability.
