    We offer a total of 14 individual meeting and event rooms of various sizes, providing excellent flexibility for any occasion.

    Our venues are located on several floors: the Centenary Room (百年廳) is on the Ground Floor; the Bauhinia Room (紫荊廳) and Orchid Room (蕙蘭廳) are on the 4th Floor; and the Jade Room (翡翠廳) and Lotus Room (蓮花廳) are on the 6th Floor.

    We offer a variety of versatile venues, including the Centenary Room (百年廳) for large gatherings, the Bauhinia Room (紫荊廳) and Orchid Room (蕙蘭廳) for mid-sized functions, and the elegant Jade (翡翠廳) and Lotus Rooms (蓮花廳) for more intimate events.

  4. Is there an additional charge for AV equipment, technical support, or catering?

    The use of our standard in-house AV system is included in our meeting packages. Any special equipment requirements and all catering services are available and will be subject to additional charges.

  5. What is the maximum capacity of the largest meeting room at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel?

    Our largest venue, the Centenary Room (百年廳), can host up to 432 guests in a theatre-style setup or 360 guests for a banquet.

  6. What audio-visual and presentation equipment is available in the meeting rooms?

    Our venues are equipped with a professional P.A. system with microphones, an LCD projector and screen, and a high-definition LED Wall in select rooms like the Centenary Room (百年廳).

  7. Is parking available for meeting and event guests, and is it complimentary?

    Yes, parking is available for your guests at the adjacent Harbour City car park. Please speak with our events team regarding any special arrangements or validations, which are subject to availability.
