    Our Superior Rooms are elegantly designed for a comfortable stay. Our Deluxe Rooms offer a larger layout and feature both a shower and bathtub. For added style and space, our Premier Rooms include separate bedroom and living areas.

    The Continental Club is our exclusive lounge offering personalized service and comfort. Guests enjoy privileges including private check-in/out, daily breakfast, all-day refreshments, evening cocktails, dedicated concierge services, and complimentary laundry for three items per stay.

  3. What are the Continental Club hours, and what is served during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails?

    The Continental Club is open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. We serve a buffet breakfast with an à la carte menu, offer coffee, tea, and light refreshments throughout the day, and present canapés and drinks during our evening cocktail hours.

  4. What bed sizes are available, and what are the dimensions of king beds, twin beds, and extra beds?

    Our bed dimensions are: King bed (2m x 1.9m), Queen bed (1.5m x 1.9m), Twin bed (1m x 1.9m), and Extra bed (0.95m x 1.98m).

  5. Are cribs or baby cots available on request?

    Yes, we are happy to provide a baby cot upon request. As they are subject to availability, we recommend letting us know in advance.

  6. Can a rollaway or extra bed be added to my room?

    Yes, an extra bed can be arranged in certain room types. The charge is HKD 400 per night, plus a 10% service charge and applicable government tax.

  7. Can adjacent or connecting rooms be arranged for families or groups?

    Yes, we can. You can book a Superior Connecting Family Room directly on our website. For other room types, we are happy to note your request, and the arrangement will be subject to availability upon arrival.

    Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available for all guests throughout the entire hotel, including all guest rooms and public areas.

    All our guest rooms are equipped with a wide selection of local and international TV channels for your entertainment.

  10. Does the room include a mini bar, and is there a charge for items used?

    Our rooms do not feature a stocked minibar. However, for your convenience, we provide a mini-fridge and complimentary bottled water in all rooms. Guests are also welcome to purchase refreshments from our restaurants and lounge.

  11. Is there a bathtub in the room, or are rooms shower-only?

    For your comfort, all our guest rooms feature a bathtub, with a selection of rooms also equipped with a separate, walk-in shower.
