EarthCheck helps us measure and continually improve our environmental and social performance. We monitor key operational areas including energy and water use, carbon emissions, chemicals, paper consumption, waste management, and our impact on colleagues and the local community.

We invite guests to join our efforts to reduce water, energy, and laundry consumption during their stay. Bed linen is refreshed every other day unless you request otherwise, while towels are replaced upon request.

Our culinary teams work to reduce environmental impact through responsible sourcing and operational practices. Where possible, this includes sourcing local ingredients, considering sustainable seafood options, using cage-free eggs, monitoring food waste, and selecting more environmentally preferable takeaway packaging.

We work to reduce unnecessary disposable plastic items across our food and beverage operations. Where feasible, we introduce reusable, recyclable or more sustainable alternatives while maintaining food safety, service quality and guest convenience.
