FAQs

  1. What are the check-in and check-out times at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel?

    Our standard check-in time begins at 3pm, and check-out is by 12noon.

  2. Can I request an early check-in or late check-out, and is there a charge?

    Yes, late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability. A half-day room charge applies for check-outs until 6pm, and a full-day room charge applies for departures after 6pm. Please contact the Front Desk for arrangements.
     

  3. What is the minimum age to check in as the primary guest at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel?

    The minimum age to check in as the primary registered guest is 18 years old.

  4. What identification documents are required at check-in?

    All guests are required to present a valid passport upon check-in. Residents of Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China may also present a valid form of identification.

  5. Can a third party check in on behalf of the guest?

    No. For security and privacy, the registered guest must be present with a valid ID and the credit card used for booking (if applicable) to complete the check-in process.

  6. Does Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel offer pre-arrival checkin?

    All guests must complete check-in in person at our Front Desk upon arrival. For any special requests, please feel free to contact us in advance.

  7. What should I do if I arrive before the official check-in time?

    Please proceed to the Front Desk upon arrival to complete your registration. If your room is not yet ready, our Concierge will assist to store your luggage, and we will notify you as soon as your room is ready.

  8. If my flight departs late in the evening, can I extend my checkout?

    Yes, late check-out may be available, subject to an additional fee and room availability. Please contact the Front Desk in advance to request an extension.
